Digital Marketing Specialist
About the role
NESHOME.CO.UK and BathroomRepublic.CO.UK are fast-growing online UK bathroom platforms seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive traffic, conversions, and brand growth through SEO and social media. This specialist role focuses on planning and executing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to boost sales for our ecommerce store.
What you’ll do
Develop and execute SEO strategies: optimise product pages, conduct keyword research, build backlinks, and improve site rankings for bathroom-related searches using Shopify tools and Google Search Console.
Manage social media campaigns: create content calendars, run targeted ads on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, produce visuals, stories and reels, and engage audiences with promotions and UGC.
Plan and analyse performance: track traffic, ROAS, CTR and conversions via Google Analytics and Shopify reports; A/B test ads and landing pages, and refine tactics quarterly.
Email and SMS marketing: build and segment lists, design newsletters with flash sales and coupons, and automate abandoned cart recoveries using Shopify Email or Klaviyo.
Content creation and collaboration: write SEO-optimised product descriptions and blog posts on bathroom trends, and coordinate with the customer service team for customer testimonials.
Competitor analysis and reporting: monitor UK rivals, benchmark performance, and present monthly dashboards with actionable insights.
Influencer and partnership outreach: identify micro-influencers in the home improvement niche, negotiate collaborations, and track affiliate-driven traffic.
Required qualifications
2+ years in ecommerce digital marketing with proven SEO/social results and a portfolio.
Creative planning and data-driven execution.
Knowledge of UK consumer trends.
Basic CSS for Shopify tweaks.
